Product Returns & Refunds

If you order or receive the wrong product, you may return it for credit on your account. 

To return a product for a credit, add RA to your invoice # and include this RA number on your shipping label. Place the product in its original packaging and return it to:

1. Products must be in their original, unopened condition with all original parts & packaging.
2. You are responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
3. Defective products must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement. Damaged or defective products are not eligible for exchange or credit.
